Choral and Instrumental Music at St. Paul's
Music is at the heart of our worship, helping us praise God, tell our stories of faith, and lift one another in song. Our Music Ministry includes the choir and instrumental musicians who enrich Sunday services and special celebrations throughout the year. Whether leading hymns or songs to accompany worship, music helps our congregation pray, reflect, and rejoice together.
We invite anyone who loves making music and sharing it with others to consider joining our choir or playing an instrument during worship. Whether you're a lifelong musician, a seasoned chorister, a talented instrumentalist, or someone who simply enjoys singing in harmony, we'd love to have you join us. This ministry is about offering your gifts in worship and helping our congregation encounter God through music.
Choir rehearsals prepare music for most Sunday services, and instrumentalists are invited to participate whenever their schedules and talents allow.
Choir rehearses weekly in the church on Tuesdays from 6:30 - 8:30 pm and sings most Sundays from September to May, with additional services during the Christmas and Holy Week/Easter seasons. The choir also sings in the 5:00 pm Concert Series four times a year in November, December, March and May. Instrumentalists may participate as often as they are available.
For more information about joining the choir or sharing your instrumental talents, contact our Organist-Choir Director, Paul Blanchard by email here.
