Providing Food Relief in our Community
The Sunday Community Meal
The Sunday Free Meal program is coordinated through Healdsburg Shared Ministries. Each Sunday a different church from town prepares and serves a free meal to all comers. The meal is served weekly on Sunday evenings at St. Paul’s. The preparation and serving of this meal is handled by the participating churches by rotation. To help out, contact Yvonne Milligan.
To see when St. Paul's is hosting, please check our calendar here. We are always in need of volunteers to help with set up, serving, cooking, and clean up. Contact us to volunteer when it is St. Paul's turn to host.
Soup's On Tuesdays
The soup and bread ministry serves shower guests and others on Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. in the Parish Hall when the shower ministry opens (see our calendar for days and hours of shower availability). Founded by Deacon Paul Mallat, Soup's On Tuesdays provides generous and hearty servings of homemade soup and sides to shower guests and others who come to the hall at St. Paul’s.
This ministry relies on donations and welcomes gifts in food, funds, and service from parishioners and non-parishioners alike. The gatherings on Tuesdays are not limited to people using the shower. We invite you to join in the atmosphere of good food and friends and bask in the joy of another example of St. Paul's feeding our community in body, mind, and spirit. Contact the St. Paul's office with questions about volunteering or making a donation.
